I am so excited you have chosen me as your stylist, thank you for your business and time! Here is a list of my policies. I ask each of my guests to review and sign in understanding and agreeing to running an effective, safe, and trusting business.

PLEASE READ

When you reserve an appointment with me, you are agreeing to the minimum service price for that appointment, with the understanding that pricing is on an “and up” basis.  If your late arrival prevents me from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full for the time was reserved as I would be unable to fill that spot.

CREDIT CARDS

To schedule an appointment, your credit card information must be on file. It is my obligation to protect this information. I use Vagaro, the most intuitive, tested, and approved POS platform for salon and studio professionals.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the services schedule.Should an appointment be canceled or rescheduled without a 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service/time block. Sick cancellations are no exception.If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me via text at 785-550-5433 with a 48 hour notice. I will connect with you within 48 hours to follow up. Should cancellations or changes to services happen more than three times, I regret that you will be prohibited from scheduling future appointments with me.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS

Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service. (Illness does not excuse same day cancellations unless emergency.)

NO CALL-NO SHOWS

No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service.

Refunds

I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Color Adjustments

I strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within five days of your original appointment.

Tardiness

I have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you’re running late for your appointment please text ahead to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely in which case a cancellation fee will apply. All hair color and cut clients appointments hourly rate will still begin at time of the booked appointment.

Extension Deposits

All extension deposits made upon booking all initial installation appointments are 100% nonrefundable.

No children, additional guestS, or animals

For the safety of your children and the relaxation of your visit, no children, additional guests, or animals are permitted in the studio.

COVID-19

f you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please cancel your appointment.  In order to reschedule, we will need proof of a negative test result. IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.  ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR LADY RAE HAIR CO. *WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE*
